La convocatoria para acceder a la formación de Operaciones Básicas de Plantas Metalúrgicas para el proyecto CirCular estará abierta del 13 hasta el 17 de enero
Huelva, 9 de enero de 2025.- La compañía metalúrgica onubense Atlantic Copper y Adecco Learning & Consulting , la consultora de estrategia y trasformación del Grupo Adecco, han lanzado la convocatoria de un programa formativo (120 plazas) de Operaciones Básicas de Plantas Metalúrgicas, con un compromiso de contratación del 40%.
Esta iniciativa, financiada por la Consejería de Empleo, Empresa y Trabajo Autónomo de la Junta de Andalucía, permanecerá abierta hasta el próximo 17 de enero , y su objetivo es formar a futuros profesionales en el marco del proyecto CirCular , cuya planta de tratamiento de fracciones metálicas no férreas procedentes de aparatos eléctricos y electrónicos en desuso (RAEE), previamente tratados por gestores autorizados, entrará en funcionamiento en el último trimestre de 2025.
Con una inversión de 360 millones de euros y la creación de 350 empleos durante su construcción, CirCular tendrá la capacidad de tratar 60.000 toneladas al año de este tipo de e-material, que contiene una alta concentración de metales como cobre, oro, plata, platino o paladio, esenciales para las grandes transiciones del siglo XXI, como la energética o la digital.
El programa formativo se desarrollará entre los meses de febrero y julio de 2025 , en horario de 15:30 a 20:30, excepto desde el 30 de junio inclusive y todo el mes de julio, que será en horario 9:00 a 14:00 con una duración total de 500 horas. Para optar a una de las 120 plazas, las personas candidatas deberán estar registradas como demandantes de empleo no ocupado , tanto al presentar la inscripción oficial como el primer día que asista al curso. Al finalizar el programa, los estudiantes recibirán un certificado oficial del servicio público de empleo . Además, aquellos con los expedientes mejor valorados tendrán la oportunidad de unirse a la plantilla de Atlantic Copper al concluir la formación.

Las solicitudes para inscribirse en el programa estarán disponibles del 13 al 17 de enero en la página web www.proyectocircular.com . Los interesados deben acceder con su certificado digital, filtrar por la provincia de Huelva y buscar el expediente 98/2024/I/0001 . Una vez completada la solicitud, será necesario adjuntar el currículum vitae y el título académico.
